It is quite noisy so it is not an apartment for those looking for tranquility.it is located in the center of the city with all services at street level.
As for the space of this beautiful loft, you will find an open space with full kitchen, dining table, 160cm bed and a bathtub.in another separate room is the bathroom with shower. Towels and linen are provided

The building has pay-as-you-go washers and dryers, an Asian restaurant and bingo. It is located in the center of the city, in a commercial area with all kinds of services at street level. Bus and streetcar stops less than a minute away. The Renfe train station is a five minute walk away, as well as the last bus stop coming from the airport.
Near the accommodation is the Postiguet beach 10 minutes walk, as points of interest; Esplanade of Spain, Cathedral of San Nicolas and Museum of Contemporary Art. The airport (Alicante Airport - Elche Miguel Hernandez) is 16 km away, it is 8.5 km from Alicante Golf and 44 km from Terra Mitica.
